You can catch us at ANZAC Day ceremonies, where we honor the courage and sacrifice of our veterans with solemn and stirring music. We also bring a touch of tradition to citizenship ceremonies, celebrating new Australians as they take their oaths. On Australia Day, we add to the festivities with lively performances that capture the spirit of our nation.

Our band is a staple at local carol events, filling the air with festive cheer during the holiday season. We’re also proud to have played for the Great Victorian Bike Ride, energizing and celebrating participants with uplifting tunes at the end of their journey. Additionally, we’re honored to provide music for weddings, adding a special touch to these memorable occasions. Wherever we play, the South Gippsland Shire Brass Band is dedicated to enhancing community celebrations with our music.

“I think music in itself is healing. It’s an explosive expression of humanity. It’s something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music.” ― Billy Joel
